Welcome to HVAC Test Prep! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered at hvactestprep.ca.

By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

HVAC Test Prep provides online practice exams to assist users in preparing for TSSA certification exams. We are not affiliated with the TSSA and do not provide official certification or testing services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Access

When you register:

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree not to share access credentials or misuse the service.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Our service offers both free and paid access.
  • Paid subscriptions grant access to premium practice exams for 12 months from purchase.
  • All payments are processed via Stripe. No refunds are offered.
  • Accessing your account is considered access to the full value of the digital content.

5. Intellectual Property

All test content, software, branding, and website design are owned by HVAC Test Prep. You are granted a **non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to access the material for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display the content.
  • Reverse engineer or extract content or data for any commercial use.

6. Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to breach or bypass security features.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to extract data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HVAC Test Prep is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

  • That your exam results will improve.
  • That access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Test Prep shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of access or test data.
  • Exam failure, missed deadlines, or missed certifications.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Canadian law.
